Feng Ling Productions is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Goldsmiths, University of London, establishing an in-principle partnership to explore creative collaboration and academic exchange around A Bridge Across Heaven.
This partnership marks a meaningful dialogue between academic research and artistic creation. Goldsmiths is internationally renowned for its excellence in the arts and humanities, while Feng Ling Productions is dedicated to bridging Eastern and Western narratives through intercultural performance. Looking ahead, the collaboration will also engage Goldsmiths’ students in exploring new possibilities of Sino-British artistic exchange within A Bridge Across Heaven.
The intersection of higher education and the arts not only offers students broader professional perspectives and hands-on experience, but also gives us valuable opportunities to listen, learn, and discover through collaboration.
Feng Ling Productions remains committed to fostering cross-cultural creation and collaboration, using imagination, inclusivity, and shared values to expand the possibilities of contemporary performance.
"As an honorand of Goldsmiths, my relationship with its brilliant students has long been a source of inspiration. To now deepen that bond into this formal partnership is a profound joy. This is the cultivation of a shared space where the vibrant, living pulse of artistic practice meets the deep, resonant inquiry of academia. Together, we are building a bridge to deepen our understanding of culture and sow the seeds for a future rich with collaborative possibilities." Farooq Chaudhry OBE - Artistic Director Feng Ling Productions
