Siyuan is an independent dance producer based in the UK and a PhD candidate at Roehampton University. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Beijing Dance Academy.

In 2014, she was awarded a scholarship by the China Scholarship Council’s "Special Programme for the Artistic Talent" and went on to pursue a master's degree in dance studies at the University of Surrey.

She is dedicated to exploring innovative expressions of classical ballet and theatre dance, creating theatre productions that resonate with contemporary audiences.

​

From 2016 to 2019, she worked as the executive producer of the organising committee for the Beijing International Ballet and Choreography Competition at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, actively promoting collaboration and exchange among young artists worldwide.

​

From 2021 to 2023, she served as the lead producer at the English National Ballet School alongside artistic director Viviana Durante, successfully producing several international dance projects, including Sir Frederick Ashton's renowned work Rhapsody, romantic ballet masterpiece La Sylphide, and the Sadler's Wells Charity Gala for UK Ballet Schools.
